It's a Boy!  Matthew Christian Horner has arrived!  Eric and Debby are proud to announce the arrival of their first grandchild. Matthew came into the world at 12:53 am on June 18th, weighing 5 pounds 9.5 ounces and 19 inches long. Although 3 weeks early - he is the picture of health! Mother, Father & son are all doing well.
